We are always on the hunt for life-long learners, outstanding attitudes, and fantastic talents to join our team!

Mason POTTER | COO
After earning his education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Mason cut his teeth as a consultant with a family office, diving deep into strategy, M&A analysis, and management consulting. This work inspired him to pursue a JD/MBA and eventually lead several successful acquisition and harvest cycles.
The entrepreneurial bug bit hard when Mason teamed up with longtime friend Rob to launch KCA. They merged their shared passions for manufacturing, woodworking craftsmanship, and growth company expertise with an established millwork brand. Today, Mason’s building something special—a company where the KCA family can thrive while delivering heirloom-quality modern design to discerning customers globally.
When 5 o’clock rolls around, you’ll find Mason cooking up a storm for friends and family, grooving to funky beats, or enjoying the great outdoors with his four-legged sidekick, Kiwi.

Rob HEIBERGER | CEO
Armed with street smarts from the oil fields and an MBA from Quantic University, Rob made the leap from black gold to beautiful millwork. As co-founder of KCA, he orchestrated the merger with Texian Shop, a respected architectural millwork company that’s been crafting quality since 1983. This strategic move combined decades of craftsmanship legacy with fresh entrepreneurial energy.
When he’s not engineering the next phase of KCA’s growth, Rob can be found elbow-deep in his garage, tinkering with anything that has a motor. He’s either hunting online for his next project vehicle or jet-setting around the globe in pursuit of two things that fuel his soul: stunning design inspiration and the perfect cup of coffee. His philosophy: great craftsmanship and a great cappuccino make everything better.

Anne HEIBERGER | Advisor
This diverse educational foundation launched Anne into over 20 years of professional excellence, splitting her time between the Life Sciences industry and process improvement initiatives. Her analytical prowess and strategic mindset have made her a force for leading impactful change across both mission-driven organizations and traditional business environments.
When she’s not optimizing operations at KCA, Anne’s exploring the latest culinary hotspots as a dedicated foodie. She channels her passion for helping others through volunteer work as a Child Advocate in Montgomery County and as a Texas Master Naturalist, proving that her commitment to making things better extends far beyond the workplace.

Cody GOAD | Production Manager
Cody has literally built his expertise from the ground up, working his way through every corner of the shop—assembly, finishing, installation, and project management. This hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective that’s invaluable in his current role overseeing both engineering and production. When Cody signs off on a project, clients know it’s been built exactly to their specifications because he’s been in every pair of shoes that touches it.
When he’s not ensuring perfection in the shop, Cody can be found strumming his guitar, tackling his never-ending house projects, or spending quality time with his kids. The same attention to detail and problem-solving skills that make him exceptional at work shine through in his role as a devoted father.

Samuel GARCIA | Designer
Sam’s professional portfolio reads like a creative adventure novel: from designing innovative urban farming systems to crafting memorable mascots and costumes. His work has taken him across three countries—Mexico, Italy, and now the United States—making him as well-traveled as he is talented. Being trilingual in Spanish, Italian, and English doesn’t hurt either when it comes to bringing international perspective to every project.
When he’s not designing the next jaw-dropping piece for KCA, Sam channels his creativity into cooking international dishes, exploring trails, strategizing over video games with friends, and—optimistically—hitting the gym. Sure, he’s got a track record of gym membership abandonment, but this time he’s convinced that Texas beef and carbs will finally give him the motivation to stick with it!

Chiara Guila ARANCIBIA | Designer
But Chiara’s creativity doesn’t stop at the drawing board. When she’s not crafting innovative solutions for KCA clients, she’s living life at full throttle—running through city streets, dominating tennis courts, catching waves while surfing, or exploring underwater worlds through scuba diving. She’s basically a one-woman adventure documentary waiting to happen.
Her other trusted companion? Her camera, which accompanies her on travels around the globe. Chiara has turned wanderlust into a professional asset, constantly seeking fresh inspiration from different cultures and landscapes to infuse into her designs. Every stamp in her passport represents another creative resource for KCA clients.

Vishwajeet (VJ) NAIR | CIO
After making the leap to the United States, VJ expanded his skill set at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, focusing on Information Technology and Finance—a combination that proves invaluable in today’s tech-driven business landscape. Before joining KCA, he spearheaded technology and procurement initiatives across diverse industries including oil & gas, coffee, manufacturing, and utilities, making him a true cross-industry technology translator.
When he’s not optimizing KCA’s tech infrastructure, VJ becomes a Renaissance man of leisure. You’ll find him pumping iron at the gym, hunting down cinematic hidden gems that others miss, or diving deep into video game worlds. His creative side emerges through travel planning (always scouting the next adventure) and crafting short stories and poetry—proving that the best technologists are often the most creative souls.

Joe ROBIN | Millwork Engineer
What sets Joe apart is his insatiable appetite for learning and hands-on experimentation. He’s the guy who approaches every challenge with genuine curiosity and the confidence that comes from having solved problems across multiple industries. His technical versatility makes him invaluable when complex millwork projects require creative engineering solutions.
When he’s not programming CNC machines or solving engineering puzzles, Joe feeds his maker mentality through 3D modeling and printing projects, hunting for vintage electronics to add to his retro collection, or tinkering with his ever-evolving home server setup. For Joe, there’s always another skill to master or project to perfect.

Bradley PROCTOR | Casework/Panel Engineer
His college success came from diving headfirst into leadership roles—taking charge of projects and mentoring classmates along the way. This hands-on approach translated perfectly to his current role, where he thrives on running complex mathematical equations and rigorously testing them to ensure every product meets KCA’s exacting quality standards. There’s something deeply satisfying about watching theory become reality through precise engineering.
When Bradley’s not crunching numbers at work, he’s all about connection and speed. Whether hanging out with friends at someone’s house, exploring new spots around town, or teaming up for epic gaming sessions, he values quality time with his crew. His automotive passion centers on fast cars, particularly his beloved ’90s Mazda Miata. His hobbies in 3D modeling, designing, and printing create the perfect bridge between his professional expertise and personal interests, while his hands-on equipment operation skills prove he’s equally comfortable with theory and practical application.

Jessy GAYLORD | Head Maintenance Engineer
This career evolution led Jesse to the Mechatronics Technician program at Tulsa Technology Center, where he specialized in PLC programming—the perfect blend of his hands-on expertise with cutting-edge technical knowledge. As KaseCab Americas’ (KCA) Head Maintenance Engineer, Jesse brings a rare combination of traditional craftsmanship understanding and modern industrial technology mastery that’s incredibly hard to find in one person.
Whether he’s collaborating with team members on the production floor, diagnosing complex machine issues, or implementing preventive maintenance solutions, Jesse’s diverse skill set keeps KCA’s operations running smoothly. His ability to bridge the gap between old-school carpentry wisdom and high-tech industrial systems makes him invaluable to our manufacturing excellence.
When Jesse clocks out, he trades precision tools for musical instruments, playing guitar and keyboard with the same dedication he brings to maintenance work. He’s also been known to hit the dance floor, though he’ll be the first to admit he’s working with two left feet—but hey, enthusiasm counts for everything!

Justice SNOE | Production Engineering Apprentice
Like his colleague Bradley, Justice started his journey at KaseCab Americas (KCA) as an intern, but it didn’t take long for everyone to realize he was destined to be part of the family. After graduation, the transition to full-time Production Engineering Apprentice was seamless—Justice had found his professional home and KCA had found a dedicated team member who truly understood their values and mission.
When Justice clocks out, he trades engineering precision for the peaceful unpredictability of fishing, often found somewhere with a pole in hand and patience in his heart. His other favorite pastime involves tending his garden alongside his faithful gardening companion, Rosetta—a little Shih Tzu who’s convinced that digging holes is her most important contribution to the landscaping process.

Kenneth CEDENO | Special Projects Director and General Counsel
After spending five years practicing transactional law primarily in the healthcare industry, Kenneth discovered that his true calling involved wearing multiple hats and tackling diverse challenges. As KCA’s Special Projects Director and General Counsel, he brings legal expertise, strategic thinking, and problem-solving versatility to everything from complex transactions to innovative project development.
When Kenneth’s not juggling his various KCA responsibilities, he becomes a true cultural adventurer. His travels aren’t just about seeing new places—they’re culinary adventures where each destination is experienced through its local food scene and restaurant culture. Back home, you’ll find him soaking up live music and comedy shows, enjoying the great outdoors, or pursuing his ongoing quest for the perfect pour-over coffee brew.

KIWI | Brand Ambassador
With his signature brindle coat and world-class nose for opportunity, Kiwi has literally trotted the globe, conducting on-site inspections of manufacturing facilities, parks, and kitchen floors across multiple continents. His international experience includes extensive research in European stick markets, comprehensive analysis of Asian street food accessibility, and groundbreaking fieldwork in Latin American nap optimization.
As KCA’s first four-legged hire, Kiwi has revolutionized workplace culture through his innovative “open door, open treats” policy. His core competencies include advanced threat assessment (mailmen, squirrels, and suspicious delivery trucks), emotional intelligence consulting, and brand ambassadorship with a 100% success rate in making clients smile.
Currently pursuing his PhD in Advanced Couch Management, Kiwi splits his time between strategic planning sessions (naps), client entertainment (aggressive tail wagging), and maintaining peak physical condition through his rigorous daily walk-and-sniff routine. His motto: “Every day is a good day when you’re doing what you love—especially if treats are involved.”
